Children’s emotions as a driving force

What do we learn?

In this video, I share how, through a specific structure and itinerary, children’s emotions are nurtured. Emotions are the heartbeat of our being, and at school we give them space, supporting them through physical education.
Importance of Emotional Labor:
I emphasize the importance of systematic emotional work, which is carried out across all areas.
The goal is to support children in a comprehensive and integrated way, respecting their individual process and interests.
Loving Gaze:
Giving a place to emotions means, for me as a teacher, giving a place to the heart.
The intention is to offer activities that contribute to improving coexistence in the school.
Comprehensive Development:
Understanding what children are, what they can do, what they feel, and what they think is fundamental to discovering their potential.
To accompany the children in their entirety, from a systemic and loving perspective.
Experiential and Cooperative Activities:
This itinerary is designed to motivate students through activities that express their emotions.
Each child’s experiences are validated, offering regulation and support situations from the teacher and the group.
Valuing the Differences:
Promoting respect for differences among peers as a positive and restorative aspect for the group.
Diversity allows for growth and evolution.
