The Tutoring Starter Pack is an itinerary of four videos designed to accompany you in the first steps as a tutor and to help build a cohesive, conscious, and ready-to-learn class group.
In this first video, serving as an introduction to the whole series, a fundamental idea is addressed: the observer’s gaze is key to what is shown and built in the classroom.
The way we look at the students, the group, and ourselves as teachers directly influences the atmosphere, relationships, and learning possibilities.
Based on this foundation, the four videos propose an experiential journey that will allow you to:
identify the “internal codes” that must be unlocked for the educational relationship
discover the boat metaphor as the relationship between a student and the context of their group
approach a systemic reading of the class-group
reinforce your role as a tutor from a more conscious perspective
This pack does not offer fixed recipes, but tools for reflection and practical dynamics to improve the emotional climate of the classroom, foster participation and a sense of belonging, and accompany the group in building its own course.
An itinerary to begin tutoring with more awareness, confidence, and connection with the students.
