Relieve your back after hours of teaching

What do we learn?

In this practice, we will work with the BackMitra, a tool in which I am specialized and that I use frequently to release the spine, create space in the back, and help the body regain support without strain.
The BackMitra allows the spine to be supported, the muscles to stop working, and the nervous system to relax deeply.

And if you don’t have one, that’s absolutely fine: at the end of the video, I explain how to easily substitute it with a towel at home, so this practice is accessible to everyone.

FOR THE PRACTICE YOU WILL NEED:
· BackMitra or towel
· Blanket or cushion
· Presence
