Opening of the morning. 1 Light the candle

What do we learn?

To begin the day in a beautiful, balanced, and conscious way, creating a group atmosphere in a context of social care, with presence and with the energy of the sun—positive energy full of vitality and spiritual meaning—with Sanskrit forces. A ritual that is perpetuated day after day, working with the forces of will and the drive needed to achieve and to be able to delve into the daily work from our own inner light, our flame that accompanies us throughout our process of growth and fulfillment.
Presented in two videos: the first with the lighting and extinguishing of the candle in both early childhood and primary, and the sacred morning poem as the second video, referring to primary, both the poem from 1st to 4th and the one corresponding from 5th grade onward.
This practice was implemented in: Catalonia, Barcelona, Vallès Oriental.
